UScan report question - average values across time range

Hi,

We use our nir to monitor production of white flake and other by-products.  At the end of each shift, and possibly once a day, we need to make a report with the average quality values.  I am currently doing this in excel but can the software do this for me automatically?  The support person that installed the instrument mentioned custom reports.  This would save me a lot of time.
